There are two courses required for every bankruptcy. The credit counseling course needs to be completed prior to filing and the financial management course needs to be completed after the case is filed.

Bank statements for the past 12 months
Current mortgage statement
Current automobile statement
Copy of the title to any automobile owned outright
Notices from any federal, state, or local tax collection agencies

Chapter 7 Creditors Meeting
The meeting will be held on the second floor of the Hastings Keith Federal Building in New Bedford. The physical address is 53 North Sixth Street, Room # 206 New Bedford, MA 02740. There is metered parking on adjacent streets.
Chapter 13 Creditors Meeting
The meeting will be held on the third floor of the J.W. McCormack Post Office & Court House in Boston. The physical address is 5 Post Office Square, Room 325 Boston, MA 02109. I suggest parking at the Garage at Post Office Square The physical address of the Garage at Post Office Square is 0 Post Office Square, Boston, MA 02109. It is a very short walk from the garage to the Court House.
